"Subject To" contract

Hi,

Do I use the Colorado form to purchase Real Estate AND the Subject To financial addendum? I searched the document library and only found the Subject to Financial Addendum and not a contract to buy "Subject to." Is this all I need?

Do I write in the Colorado form the words "Subject to?" My seller is coming to town this weekend and I need to know what to do.

Thank you,
Judith Meadows

This is a great question for Phill's Monday night calls.
We always use our state contracts and the Subject-to Addendum which is in the Document Library. When we use this strategy we use both documents.
