How do we "upload" Wingman video to our personal sites?

I've "down"loaded the Wingman video to desktop but because it is more than 15 minutes long, I can't upload it to my YouTube account to then upload it to my own website.

Any ideas?

    We prefer our students do not upload the wingman vidoe to YouTube. It is important to us that the information that we put out is up to date and accurate in an ever-changing real estate environment. We would however be happy to allow you to embed the video from our site. Please use the embedding code below:

    <embed src=""
    width="400" height="300"
    allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true"
    flashvars="autostart=false&controlbar=over&type=video&abouttext=eZs3&aboutlink=" />
