REI Matcher Property Descriptions - Contact Information

I have noticed that some of the listings in the REI Matcher have contact information in the property description section. The contact information includes phone numbers, web sites and videos for the listing investor. I thought all the listings in the REI Matcher needed to be "non-branded." It seems if my buyer can see the contact information of the listing investor, the buyer could contact the listing investor directly by going through my REI Matcher web site. How can this situation be resolved?

    Hey Stephen,

You are probably seeing instances where some of our early beta customers have left personal contact information in the Property Description field. During our beta, we did not have another area to add this type of info.. Today, investors are asked to add any personal contact information (phone numbers, websites, email addresses, etc) into the Investor Comments field..

Thanks for pointing this out...we'll reach out to these investors and ask them to move this information out of the Property Description field..

    Hey Stephen,

We've reached out to the handful of investors who still had contact information listed in the Property Description field. All of them have since moved their contact info to the 'Investor Comments' field.

If you should see any more in the future, just let us know!
